Payment Conditions for GTM Memberships

  1. Payment Method
    Membership payments are processed exclusively via bank transfer. Once you complete your membership registration, you will receive an email with the necessary bank details for the transfer, including:
  • Bank name
  • Account number (RIB/IBAN)
  • SWIFT code (for international transfers)
  • Payment reference (to include in your transfer for identification purposes)

 

  1. Proof of Payment
  • Members are required to send proof of payment (e.g., a scanned receipt or a screenshot of the transfer confirmation) to contact@gtm.ma
  • This will help us expedite the processing and validation of your membership.

 

  1. Currency
  • All payments must be made in [ Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and TTC ]. If payments are made in another currency, members are responsible for covering any conversion fees or bank charges.

 

  1. Fees and Charges
  • Any bank transfer fees, including intermediary bank charges for international transfers, must be borne by the member. GTM will not process memberships until the full membership fee is received.

 

  1. Refund Policy
  • Membership payments are non-refundable once the payment has been processed and the membership has been activated.
  • In the event of a technical issue or double payment, please contact us immediately at contact@gtm.ma for resolution.
  • Membership activation will only occur once the payment is confirmed in our account.
